What I love most is its history, and the passion filtering through the French classic food.


Favourite dish at this restaurant?

Steak Fritte! "Steak and chips” cooked rare and a huge amount of sauce bearnaise. 


What dish should diners try at Berowra Waters Inn during The Fork’s Half Price Dining festival?

My favourite dish at the moment is Hawkesbury snapper, served with pear and cucumber, and fresh coriander.
