What is your 'old favourite' restaurant that you often revisit?

The Malaya – my family and I dine there very regularly and we love it.

What do you love about this restaurant?

The consistency – the food, service, location.  Whenever we have guests from overseas, it is our first stop.

Favourite dish at this restaurant?

The Szechuan eggplant

What dish should diners try at Bitton during The Fork’s Half Price Dining festival?

My pick for lunch would be the Chilli Garlic Prawns made with our own Bitton Chilli Garlic Masala and for dinner I wouldn’t go past the fillet of Cone Bay Barramundi. Don’t forget to leave room for dessert – our Eton Mess is amazing!
