Can I still modify/cancel my booking after March 31st 2024?
If you require cancellation or changes to a booking scheduled for a meal date after March 31st, kindly reach out to the restaurant directly to inform them. The venue will not be notified by TheFork.
Will I be able to speak to the TheFork team still?
Will I earn Yums for the bookings I make before March 31st, 2024?
Until 31st Match 2024, we will maintain our regular operations. This means that you will still earn Yums for bookings you make before March 31st, 2024. However, please be aware that after 31st March, 2024 (due to termination of our operations in the Australian market), your Yums will expire and restaurants in Australia will no longer accept Yums.
What will happen with my Yums if I haven't redeemed them before March 31st, 2024?
Any unused points will automatically expire and will become inaccessible.
Will I still be able to use TheFork if I travel to another country?
From 1 April 2024, you will no longer be able to book restaurants with your Australian user account.
If you wish to use TheFork in another country, we would love to have you back! Please note that you will need to create a user new account when you travel in a Country where TheFork operates in order to complete your future bookings.
What will happen with my account, published reviews etc...?
From 1 April 2024, your Australian user account, including any published reviews, will be removed from TheFork platform.
What will happen with my user data?
Data related to your closed account will be removed, in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Statement and, where applicable, subject to a data retention period, in accordance with applicable law. Please contact our customer care if you intend to exercise any of your rights relating to your personal data
Will I still be able to use my TheFork Gift card at Restaurants and where?
Yes, your gift card will be valid for 3 years from date of purchase and can be used at any dine-in restaurant in Australia.
