Experience Modern Australian at its best. Delight in local ingredients and fusion flavours. For a taste of Modern Australian, head to Luke’s Kitchen (the newest restaurant from Head Chef Luke Mangan) and AMBER in the CBD, as well as Manta Restaurant in Woolloomooloo, Butcher and The Farmer in Forest Lodge and Pony Dining at The Rocks.

Iconic CBD establishment Taxi Kitchen and hatted Turkish eatery Tulum in Balaclava are both offering curated menus, showcasing their signature dishes. Head to hatted restaurant La Poêle in Windsor for top-tier European, Ish Restaurant in Fitzroy for some exceptional Indian and Jishan Garden for fine dining Japanese.
