We hope you’re hungry Victorians - the Victorian Dining & Entertainment Program is back, and you can score up to $125 cash back off your dining bill around the state!
As part of the cash back scheme, you can claim a 25 per cent rebate (to the value of $125) off your bill at restaurants, cafes and bars. If that’s not cause to celebrate with some meals out, we don’t know what is!
Read on for everything you need to know about claiming your rebate.

How to claim your rebate
To claim the rebate, you simply need to spend more than $40 at an eligible venue anywhere in Victoria, any day of the week.
Eligible venues where you can dine out include restaurants, cafes, bars and pubs (food must be purchased), registered clubs, breweries, wineries and distilleries (food must be purchased), food courts and hospitality venues. The scheme does not apply to food ordered through home delivery services/apps, gift cards and vouchers or food ordered at grocery stores, convenience stores and the like.
After you’ve dined out, you can make a claim online using your receipt. The best part? You can make multiple claims until you reach a total of $125 cash back - meaning you can use the opportunity to discover tonnes of new restaurants!
The rebate is now open, and ends on Friday 16 December or until the $25million fund is exhausted - whatever comes first. For full details and to claim your cash back, head to the vic.gov.au website.
