First; Learn about the amazing history and then play the 140 year old Hill & Son Grand Organ at the Tanunda Soldiers Memorial Hall Second; Enjoy a 2 course gourmet lunch at 1918 Bistro and Grill; the home of Barossan Hospitality for more than 100 years Third; Play a game of Kegel (a historic 9 pin bowling game brought to the Barossa by German settlers) at the 160 year old Tanunda Kegel Bahn, the oldest of its type in the southern hemisphere and the oldest sports club in South Australia. Fourth; Tour Château Tanunda, established in 1890 it is the valleys first winery and then taste wine produced from some of the Valley’s earliest vines. Please note this is a self-guided tour within the township of Tanunda.
