General booking conditions:
· General reservations offer a 2 hour seating, we respectfully ask you dine within these times
· Breakfast bookings offer a 1-2 hour maximum duration with the kitchen closing at 11.30am. All breakfast bookings conclude at midday.
· Should you have a change of plans or are running late, your reservation will be held for 15 minutes until cancelled.
· We do our best to accommodate table requests however this cannot be guaranteed and will be confirmed in order of booking date.
· We urge all customers to contact us or cancel if you no longer require your reservation.
· Walk ins will be available, subject to availability. ·
· Bookings of 10 and over require credit card details supplied to confirm your booking. Should you need to cancel you will need to contact us a minimum of 24 hours before your booking to avoid a $10 per person cancellation fee.
· Please be sure to sip back, shuck on and chill out with us on our Balcony
Important booking information regarding COVID:
· Guests must remain seated at their table all times whilst drinking
· Guest must adhere to social distancing as required including at entry and exit points or where markings are in place
· In these unprecedented times, we reserve the right to make amendments or cancelations
to reservations should these restrictions become further limited once again. Please note changes will not be made unless absolutely necessary and we will notify you as soon as possible.
· Due to the current Government restrictions, capacity is limited and we suggest you secure a table as to not miss out.
· As to comply with the current Government legislation, all adults are required to check in upon arrival using the Service NSW QR code displayed in the venue.
· Please arrive 5mins prior to your booking to check in
· The Balcony Bar & Oyster Co complies with all NSW Health directives and reserves the right to refuse entry based on these directives.
