Charcoal Lane Terms & Conditions

Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing to dine at Charcoal Lane. If you are booking between 6pm and 7pm we will require your table back within 2 hours of your booking time, if you require a longer sitting please contact us on 03 9418 3400 and we will try to accommodate your request. If you are booking a table after 8pm, please note our kitchen closes at 9:00pm sharp. Credit card details are required to secure all reservations. No deposit is processed but details are temporarily stored as guarantor. You can cancel your booking or change the booking size up to 24 hours before your booking time. Any change or cancellation after this time will incur a cancellation fee of $50 per person booked. Please note, we do not accept any cash payments at this time. Set menus are required for bookings of 8 or more. You may choose a 2 or 3 course menu. If you’re unsure at this stage don’t worry, you'll have up to 7 days before your booking to let us know your choice. Just give us a call when you’re ready. You won’t have to pre-pay the set menu either, simply pay on the day. Our set menu can be viewed on https://www.charcoallane.com.au/menu We do not have the capability to split bills. You are more than welcome to bring a cake which will incur a cakeage fee of $5 per person. On entering the venue, please scan one of our QR codes to sign in for covid contact tracing. Please sanitize your hands on entry. If you are feeling ill or are displaying covid symptoms we ask you cancel your booking or advise our staff so we are able to cancel your booking for you. For the safety of all our staff and guests if you are displaying these symptoms you will be asked to leave the space. We appreciate your cooperation during this time.
