On Wednesday 4th and Thursday 5th March, Cirrus Dining will present Taste Obsession Singapore, a 9-course degustation dinner that pays homage to Singapore and its reputation as a foodie's paradise. Brent Savage, co-owner/chef at Cirrus Dining is teaming up with Chef Wayne Liew from third-generation, Singapore cult eatery, Keng Eng Kee to design a menu that tells the story of 'their' Singapore. Although their cooking styles and cultural backgrounds couldn't be more different, both share a passion for the Lion City's food scene, one that is steeped in heritage yet maintains a voracious appetite for culinary innovation. Tickets cost $90 per head for the 9-course degustation (wine matches selected by Nick Hildebrandt will be available). No charge is made prior to your visit, however 48 hours’ notice of cancellation is required in order to avoid a cancellation fee of $90 per person. For all tables of 8 or more a 10% service charge is applied to the final bill.
