Your table will be set with seats for the number that is booked. If there are any changes to the number of guests, please contact cateringsupervisors@westslc.com.au 24 hours prior to your booking to see if we can accommodate your requests. Due to the popularity of the venue, we often reach capacity during our peak trade periods. Additional guests above the number that you have booked for will most likely not be able to join your table on the night and may need to find a seat somewhere else within the club. We request that you do not move additional chairs & tables to add to your booking on the night as these may be required for other bookings. Hightop tables are not suitable for young children, babies in high chairs, prams or wheelchairs. If you have young children, prams or require any highchairs and have booked a hightop table, please contact the Club on cateringsupervisors@westslc.com.au to see if relocation to a different table is possible. Only select tables can be booked within the Club, many of these selected tables are not adjacent to each other – do not book multiple tables expecting to be near each other. Your best chance of sitting together is to book under the one group booking. If a group has not arrived with 20 mins of the booked timeslot, their table will be released for use by others.
