Ferris Wheel Dining Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions – Ferris Wheel Dining Experience October 2019 to March 2020 PRODUCT INFORMATION The Ferris Wheel Dining Experience is available for purchase exclusively online from ALTUM Website and is purchased by carriage of two. Please contact the ALTUM if you wish to book for additional person per carriage (for a fee) and subject to loading guidelines. The cost of the event is $420 per carriage ($210 per adult) inclusive of matched wines. All other beverages consumed before or after the event will be charged on consumption. A 5% gratuity fee is included in the package price. Full pre-payment by credit card is required to secure your booking. Please bring a copy of your Ferris Wheel Dining Experience Voucher or e-ticket to present at ALTUM for redemption on your booking date. The original confirmation and valid photo ID will be required upon redemption, such as a current Australian driver’s license, ‘Proof of Age’ card or valid Passport. Please ensure that these documents are presented - failure to do so may inhibit your experience. Redemption of your e-ticket will be considered acceptance of payment for the event, for our records. CANCELLATIONS/EXCHANGES In the event of being unable to proceed (for any means) with the Ferris Wheel Dining Experience on the Ferris Wheel, the same menu will be offered in an alternate venue. The decision to make use of an alternate venue will be at the discretion of ALTUM, and all guests will be offered a complimentary Single Rides Pass to ride the Ferris wheel on a later date. If the decision is made not to use an alternate venue then ALTUM will reschedule your booking to another available date in the current season. No refunds will be offered for cancellations made by you. You may reschedule your booking to an alternate available date in the current season by paying the following additional fees: 7 days and 72 hours’ notice - 1 complimentary exchange at no charge. Between 7 days and 72 hours’ notice - 25% nominal fee will be charged to re-schedule 72 hours’ and 48 hours' notice - 75% nominal fee will be charged to re-schedule -show 48 hours and a no-show - 100% nominal fee will be charged to re-schedule Should you wish to change the date of your booking, you must advise us in writing via email to reservations@altumrestaurant and have your rescheduled date booked and confirmed by the Reservations Team via email before the cut-off period, otherwise your request will be deemed invalid and any applicable rescheduling/no show fees apply for rebooking. Should you be unable to attend and you do not wish to pay the above fees, we advise gifting your booking to a family member or friend. This needs to be provided at least 48 hours before the day of the Ferris Wheel Dining Experience. Please note a purchase of the Ferris Wheel Dining Experience is valid for a booking in the advertised October 2019 – March 2020 dates only. WET WEATHER Altum reserves the right to alter the experience in inclement weather or for safety reasons. If conditions are such that ALTUM Management deem it not safe or very unpleasant to proceed with the Ferris Wheel Dining Experience, the Ferris Wheel Dining menu will be offered in an alternate venue. CATERING For catering purposes, the menu is served as alternate service. Please let us know in advances of any food allergies, dietaries or for non-alcoholic options. ACCESSIBILITY The Ferris Wheel is accessible for guests who are able to move themselves into the Ferris Wheel carriage. Service animals (with appropriate valid paperwork) may accompany guests with prior arrangement. ON THE DAY Dress code for the experience is smart casual. As the Ferris Wheel Dining Experience is an outdoor event, warm clothes are encouraged should the temperature drop. Ferris Wheel Dining is recommended as a licensed event. Non-alcoholic beverages may be requested from the Reservations Team prior to your booking. Substitution of non-alcoholic beverages for those alcoholic beverages will not change the price. Package menu is subject to change without notice. Valid photo ID and the purchasing credit card must be presented at the time of check in. DISCLAIMER 1. The rides/amusements in Luna Park are designed for use by participants who meet the displayed height requirements. 2. The rides/amusements in Luna Park are recreational activities and there are risks of injury to participants and their property. By using or engaging in a ride/amusement you accept these risks and agree that the owners, operators, and landlords do not have or accept any liability for any injury suffered as a result of you accepting these risks. 3. Parents or Guardians must evaluate these risks before allowing persons in their control to use or engage in any ride or amusement. 4. Failure to present valid photo ID and the purchasing credit card at the time of check in may result in failure to board the Ferris Wheel Dining Experience. In this instance no refunds or exchanges will be granted. 5. The Deck Sydney is the only authorized point of sale for this experience. Tickets purchased from unauthorized points of sale- Viagogo, WeChat, Gumtree, Facebook etc. are not valid and will not be honoured. 6.
