House of Jack Rabbit (café) Terms & Conditions
There are two dining venues at Jack Rabbit. Please note, you are making a booking at the House of Rabbit Café.
Requests to switch to the alternate venue ( Jack Rabbit Restaurant) on arrival may not be possible.
Should you need to cancel your reservation or reduce your guest numbers we kindly request 24 hours’ notice.
Upon arrival at Jack Rabbit Vineyard, you will be required to fill out a registration form.
We reserve the right to deny entry to any patron who refuses to fill out the registration form.

We reserve the right to re allocate your table to other patrons if you are more than 15 minutes late without notifying us.
Where you are seated in the venue is determined by our reservation team to ensure government regulations are adhered to.
Tap and go is our preferred payment method
Please note, strict patron density quotients are in place due to Covid regulations. We are also operating under the government requirement for predominantly outdoor dining. You will be allocated the best possible seating option at the time of booking.
