As a diner I confirm that I have no covid19 symptoms, have not been knowingly been into contact with anyone with the virus, and will cancel my booking if unwell.
All non-exclusive group bookings during dinner service are for a 2 hour duration. All dietary requirements must be finalised 3 business days prior to the function date. Pre-selected wines are due 1 week prior to the function date. Seating preferences are not guaranteed. Pony Dining requires final guest numbers 48 hours prior to the function date. Space is subject to availability. The number confirmed at 48 hours prior is the minimum amount that will be charged. For all group bookings, we require at least 3 business days' notice of cancellation. If less notice is given a charge of $50 per person will be incurred. If no one has arrived within 15 minutes of the reservation time, Pony reserves the right to release your table reservation. Please call us if you are running late.
Terms & Conditions.
A surcharge of 10% applies on Sundays, public holidays, and group bookings of 10 or more. Pony reserves the right to substitute menu items with an item of similar value if the menu item selected is not available. The total bill is to be settled on the day of the function. Payments made by Diners credit cards will incur a 2.55% surcharge, and a 1% surcharge on Visa, Mastercard and Amex. Management reserves the unconditional right to cancel any function if unforeseen circumstances arise. If such a situation arises, Pony commits to giving as much notice as possible. If Pony Dining feels that a function may be in any way detrimental to the normal running of the business or in any way may affect its reputation, Pony Dining reserves the right to cancel that function without any liability.
