The Quay to Lunch
As we step into the new decade, Quay introduces a new lighter way to enjoy lunch. Available Friday to Sunday lunch, the menu, crafted by Executive Chef Peter Gilmore, offers four courses boasting the same unique and delicate flavors in a more succinct service. $160per person Credit card details are required to secure all reservations at the time of booking. Should you need to cancel your reservation or reduce your party size within 24 hours of your booking, a cancellation charge will be incurred.
