Regatta Terms & Conditions

Deposits & Cancellation Policy For groups of 6 or more guests a credit card will be needed to secure the booking. • The card will only be charged in the event of a cancellation within 48 hours prior to the booking. • Any changes to guest numbers must be confirmed in writing to hello@regattarosebay.com no later than 48 hours prior to your booking date. • Any reduction in guest numbers within 48 hours of your booking date may incur a $50pp fee. • The fee will be added to the final invoice and must be settled on the night. • Please note we do not split bills (one bill per table). • Credit card, cash or EFTPOS will be accepted for payment on the night (no cheques or EFT) Service charge • A 10% service charge applies to food and beverage total for groups of 10 or more (gratuity for the staff) Dietary restrictions • We do our best to accommodate genuine dietary restrictions and allergies where possible. • Dietary restrictions and allergies must be finalised 48 hours prior to your event in writing to hello@regattarosebay.com • Any additional dietary requests may be catered for on the day and charged in addition to the set menu at a la carte pricing. • Please note for bookings of 10 or more made within 12 hours of the booking time some items may not be available but appropriate changes will be made to replace such items. Special Occasions • Please ensure you advise us if you are celebrating a special occasion, or if you have a post dining engagement to attend and thus have specific timings you would like us to adhere to. • Please notify us of particular special requests prior to your party date, including cakes (cake-age is payable)
