Rochelle Adonis Terms & Conditions

RESERVATION POLICY - IMPORTANT The individual, who makes the reservation by part payment, hereafter the Organiser, communicates unequivocal acceptance of the terms and conditions as detailed below. These conditions are to be communicated by the Organiser to all invited guests. SERVICE TIMES / DURATION Tuesday – Sunday 12 noon and 2pm. Please allow 1 hour and 45 minutes. COST High Tea $48 per person Tuesday - Friday $55.00 per person Saturday – Sunday Brunch $35 per person Saturday & Sunday 9:00am, 9:30am & 10:00am Garden Lunch available daily 11am – 3pm @ $15.00 RESERVATIONS / 50% PART PAYMENTS Bookings essential. Please contact us via the enquiry page on our website and we will respond within 2 business days. 50% part payment is required at the time of booking [transferrable, non refundable] Please be advised your booking will only be considered confirmed upon receipt of 50% part payment. Balance payable on the day. No separate billing – The Organiser shall be responsible for payment of balance in full. OUR CANCELLATION POLICY Your deposit is non-refundable, but is wholly transferable to another date [subject to availability] provided cancellation occurs no later than 48 hours prior to your reservation. We must receive written notice of intent to alter or cancel your booking via email. Cancellation less than 48 hours before your reservation will result in forfeiture of your part payment. In the event there is a decrease in the number of guests attending, we require a minimum of 48 hours written notice via email, otherwise we reserve the right to charge the balance payable on the day based on the original booking made. PERSONALISED DECORATIONS In accordance with the look and feel of the rochelle adonis brand, we ask that you respect the integrity of our space by refraining from bringing in personalized decorations such as balloons, banners, or floral arrangements. You are welcome to place small gifts / name cards on each setting. DIETARY POLICY We offer an inspired and creative set menu based on seasonal ingredients designed for an unrestricted diet. We are not an a la carte restaurant. With minimum notice of 48 hours, we can ONLY cater for the following : Gluten Intolerance / Coeliac / Vegetarian / Pregnancy Nut-Free there may be traces of nuts present, but not intentional] No Seafood / Shellfish. We require that the Organiser take full responsibility for notifying us of any of the above dietary requirements. We can not cater for Vegans, or those with Fructose, Lactose, or Dairy intolerance. Nor can we cater to personal dietary preferences or choices. We choose not to use substitutes for any of the following ingredients: butter, milk, cream, eggs, sugar, flour. and respectfully ask for your understanding in this regard. Regretfully, if we do not receive 48 hrs advance notice of a guests dietary requirements, guests will be offered our set menu. ELDERLY GUESTS / WHEELCHAIR ACCESS / HANDICAP PARKING Please notify us at the time of booking if Wheelchair access or Handicap parking is required. PARKING 2 hr parking - Beaufort Street. Communal dining is an important part of our concept and we treat all guests equally when dining with us, no matter the size of the party or occasion. CONFIRMATION We will endeavor to contact you, however, should we be unable to reach you, please call us to confirm your reservation, no later than two business days prior to your High Tea, noting we are closed on Mondays and public holidays.
