Please note the club is available for Members & their guests only. Please state your membership number in the special requests at time of booking. RESERVATION POLICY We ask that all guests provide credit card details to confirm their reservation. Please note, there will be no charges applied to your card, it is just for a guarantee. If you fail to show up or cancel without at least 24 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to charge you $30 per person. We strive to keep all reservations running on time - we hold tables for 15 minutes. If your party is running late, please call us on 9327 3149. We know plans can change so if you need to cancel this reservation, please let us know as soon as possible. RECONFIRMATION A re-confirmation email will be sent 48 hours prior to your booking. You can edit your booking or cancel your booking at this time or any time before you dine. Please note that we have a 2-hour dining time. Due to the layout of the dining room, window tables are not guaranteed. COVID-19 SAFETY PLAN Our team has completed the COVID-19 Safety Plan and are an approved COVID safe business. RPEYC is committed to ensuring a Covid-Safe experience for every member and guest. What that means for all our members and guests is there will be a check-in process upon arrival that requires registering each guest name and mobile number, potentially the taking of your temperature via a contactless thermometer, the use of hand sanitiser by everyone. Maximum capacities apply to both the Dining Room, Lounge and Lawns. Please follow the instructions and directions of the Covid Marshal. If you are unwell or suffering any symptoms of cold or flu - PLEASE STAY AT HOME. We look forward to seeing you.
