Rosé all day. Planning a birthday party? hen do? or just want an excuse to celebrate. Taylor’s Rooftop bar is lifting the lid this summer for the ultimate summer get together – Rosé Bottomless Lunches. Rally the troops to cheers over a delicious chefs tasting plate, complete with 2 hours of bottomless rose. Bookings are available between 12pm -3.45pm every Saturday, for groups of 4 or more. We require 48 hours notice before your booking.

To secure your reservation we require a credit card guarantee. Discouraging no shows and cancellations within 24hrs during this period of limited capacity restrictions. Noted above actions will result in $20pp charge without notice. We strictly only accept groups up to 10pax, should you book separately for a larger group we reserve the right to refuse entry.

A valid credit card is required for all bookings. By confirming your booking you agree too an abandoned booking fee of $50pp charged as a no show fee. Alternately should not all guests within your party be present on your booking day a no show fee of $10pp will be incurred.

VIP Package includes: 1hr bottomless beverage package and Chefs selection of 3 tacos per person. NOTE: Payment will be taken at the time of booking, all payments are non refundable. The Republic Hotel and Taylors Rooftop practice the responsible service of alcohol. Our Taylor’s Melbourne Cup Party includes a deluxe grazing menu and beverage on arrival or upgrade to a 3 hour premium beverage package for $129 pp. Enjoy fashions on the field, partake in some sweeps & take in the race on our big screen tv’s. (Package timing 12pm-4pm, ticket does not include After Party). TAB facilities located on ground floor NOTE: Payment is required at the time of booking, all bookings are non refundable.

After the race, DJs from 4.30pm till 9pm Two sitting times 4.30-6.30pm & 6.45pm - 9.00pm
