The Glen Terms & Conditions

The Glen Hotel’s Industry CovidSAFE plan ensures the health and safety of our customers and team. To ensure compliance with this plan, the following terms & conditions apply to your booking: - o On arrival, all customers must provide name, address, phone number and entry time. This is a condition of entry. o All customers must also provide exit time. o No entry is permitted to customers who are unwell, have Covid19 symptoms or have been in a declared hotspot in the last 14 days. o Sanitise hands on arrival and practice hygiene etiquette. o Seated dining and seated drinking at all times. ONLY exceptions are when ordering/paying OR using the amenities. Sorry, no dancing either. o Practice social distancing and mingle only within your own group. o Maximum seating time of 1.5 hours (90 minutes) applies to early bookings. o The Hotel has a maximum venue capacity, so please advise us in advance of changes to booking numbers. o If you are running late or unable to make your reservation, please let us know. Your table will be held for 15 minutes, if you fail to arrive within 15 minutes without notice your table will be released. o Our staff are trained on hygiene & safety. Our Hotel is clean, safe, & sanitised regularly. o Contactless payment is encouraged. o Please download & use the CovidSAFE app. Thanks for booking with us,
