TERMS & CONDITIONS
GROUP BOOKINGS: Groups for 11 or more are required to be on one of our set menus. Once you have made your booking a reservation team member will contact you to select your set menu and fill the booking form with credit card details to secure your reservation.
SEATING TIMES: All reservations before 8pm have a seating time. Please refer to your full booking details and confirmation email for your specified times. All later bookings from 8:30pm onward are advised that there may be a short wait at the bar whilst your table is being re-set.
OUTDOOR SEATING: Venues with outdoor seating will be taken on request basis and is weather dependent.
PUZA BAR: Venues with bars are available without reservations and also for pre and post reservations.
LATE RESERVATIONS: If you are running late for your booking, please call the restaurant. Whilst we do our utmost to contact any booking that does not arrive at the booked time, please be aware if we have not heard from you your table may be given away if you are more than 15 minutes late.
SPECIAL REQUESTS: Should you require a highchair, wheelchair accessor any other consideration, please inform us when placing your reservation.
SURCHARGE: NSW - $5 per person on Sunday and Public Holidays. VIC/WA - $5 per person on Public Holidays.
NEW CREDIT CARD FEES: Starting October 2019, a payment processing fee will apply for all card
transactions. This is in line with the new government regulations relating to merchant fees which can be viewed at: www.rba.gov.au and is fully compliant with the ACCC.
