All three guests enjoyed the market fish of the day, Red Emerald with Parisian-style mash potato and a garden salad. BYO Wednesdays are always a treat! Guest enjoyed a Californian buttery chardonnay from the Wente estate and a 9 year old Reshke Shiraz from private cellars. Spectacular full moon views over balmoral beach though was definitely the highlight of the evening. Public Dining is definitely a must visit!
