Full on flavour. Works very well with Asian spices and sauces; not so good with other flavouring. Specifically, the salmon dish doesn't work because dill is nor a herb to be used in large quantities. Less is more because overdone it becomes 'weedy' and unpleasant. Bottom line: stick with the Asian umami dishes and give the European imports a miss.
