Food was fantastic and service was second to none. Tables were a little bit small for the share-style food, but every plate was so delicious. Great prices on the plates too!
The food was so tasty and so many options. The staff are so lovely and accommodating. The atmosphere and vibe was great! We will definitely come back again.
Very nice, the servers were very attentive and the food was excellent
We booked on Tuesday and arrived Saturday night for our wedding anniversary, when we said our name to the waitress her response was "I had to bargain off your table so I'll just set you up here" as she plonked us in the walkway. We politely asked "is there definatley no tables upstairs?" After having a conversation with her coworker AT our table so we could hear the entire thing, they decided yes there was in fact a table available, We sat down and the other waitress said "okay and we'll save that table for Julian" "umm that's us" we awkwardly said... so after playing musical chairs and sitting at three different tables we could finally settle in our seats. No apology for the inconvenience but we tried to overlook this. Then at the end of our meal we were offered dessert, we gracefully declined but asked for another round of drinks, 10 mins later and no drinks the waitress says "would you guys like the bill tonight?" Well yeah but we would like the drinks we ordered first... We waited another few minutes "sorry your drinks won't be long we just got slammed at the bar with cocktails" - err No, you forgot to place our order & probably should've got it to us asap. Thankfully the food was amazing which was the saving grace but the service certainly has a lot of work to do!
Gin in a wine glass was odd and served with lemon when I had asked for orange or whatever they recommend was also a bit strange. The food was good, although $6 to add an extra scallop to the tapas dish of 3 scallops was expensive (making 4 scallops $30). The pasta ragu special was delicious, as were the wings.
I had a birthday dinner here and it was great! Delicious food and the service was top notch. Even though it’s a bar, the mood was pleasant and not too loud. Loved the drinks menu, especially the gin selection.
We dined there as a group of 6 on a Sunday eve. It was my first time dining at 2nd and 6th although my friends had visited previously. We opted for the feed me option as we could decide and everything on the menu looked so tasty! We were pleasantly surprised but the amount of food that we were served- for $65pp it was very good value. Our group of friends have some large eaters- where we have occasionally been left hungry at other restaurants, even they were pleasantly full! Of note the polenta, pumpkin were delicious starters but has a great selection of meats to come! Slight downside were the expensive cocktails at $20 each they’re were tasty but on the small side. We had lovely service and would definitely return again!
Lots of attention initially. The no one really checked in on table. Ordered a bottle of wine, wrong one came. Ordered four dishes, after a long wait, we asked about our order and the order was forgotten.
The dessert definitely worth the money, head chef was so nice and so creative about the dessert. He changes the dessert menu every week and each of them is beautiful!
Amazing service, food was absolutely lovely and came out very quickly. Super impressed!
Food was amazing, only down fall was the seating. The stools are very uncomfortable after sitting for 3 hours for a beautiful dinner.
Service was ok but better knowledge of menu would’ve been good
Overall good food, a good pub for after work drinks with coworkers.
Made a booking on The Fork at a time and day the restaurant is not open. Poor.
Really enjoyable tapas style food, good selection of drinks and excellent service.
This place is amazing!! The warm Octopus Salad was second to none and the desserts are way beyond expectations. I’m not sure how I’ve not known about them before but will definitely be back and recommend that everyone should check them out.
Love this place!! Great food. Great service. Great atmosphere:)
Amazing desserts. Staff wonderful.
Steak could be more flavoursome. Potatoes could be crispy rather soaked in oil
The food is tasty and well presented. The desserts are unique with theatrics to impress. This place is great for food not just drinks.

The name 2nd & 6th is taken from the seven deadly sins, with greed and gluttony listing as second and sixth. Cute right?

Come and indulge in 2nd & 6th's gluttonous European lunch and dinner menu, then at night double down and give in to your desires with sweet desserts and the finest alcoholic concoctions that are sure to satisfy.
