This restaurant and bar never disappoints, excellent staff and food. Big portions but awesome. A bit noisy today with lots of children around but still didnt distract from enjoying ourselves.

This morning was the first time we had a meal at the restaurant. It surpassed all expectations from the welcoming and friendly lady who seated us in a perfect place, to the quality of he food, and the friendly and competent wait staff, and the free coffee. We will be sure to pass on you opinion of the restaurant, and the lovely setting. We wish you all the very best for the future, which we hope to join with you Judy & Ross Newton

Great setting outside in the cool of the evening. Could easily talk and be heard across the table. Good range of food and drinks and of very good quality for the price. Will be going back for more.

I ordered the beef cheek and it was delicious, very tender & the meat just pulls apart, generous serve too! I’d definitely go back again!

We were a group of 9 ladies on a girls catch up dinner. We were all very happy with our meals especially the beef cheek and Guiness pie. ( Chips could have been a little crispier!) Staff were very pleasant and cheerful. The wine special was great value too. Great night out!

Great setting for lunch with friends. Food and service was excellent. Had the salt and pepper squid salad. The pineapple in salad was delicious and added to overall flavour. Others enjoyed the broccoli and hazelnut salad with lemon chicken extra. Restaurant was busy but considering it was a Friday arvo plus school holidays it’s not that surprising. Staff did well to keep up with demands. Thanks once again for an enjoyable visit.

The food was average and mostly cold when it came to the table then service was unacceptable we ordered drinks that didn’t arrive and the food that did arrive was incorrect ! We spent over 600 and are never going back I hope they get better staff and better chefs the food was bland at best. When we asked for the cake and candles to be brought to the table we were left waiting a further 45 minutes until we had to remind the staff again just disappointing overall !

the Squid was tastefully prepared but quite tough. Most restaurants there days know not to over cook it.The chips that accompanied the fish were seriously the worst I have seen for a long time. They were limp, overcooked and drenched in fat. Any fish and chip shop would be out of business very quickly if they served chips like that.

The beautiful setting of 300 Acres and the good service was not backed up by the quality of the food. The beef cheeks were tasteless and the texture was not good and the accompanying broccalini was undercooked. The risotto was an unlikely combination of ingredients topped with deepfried therefore greasy asparagus in batter!! and the quantity ridiculously small. My experience of this restaurant which I have been to many times, has always been inconsistent and I will hesitate before choosing to go there again.

My husband and I enjoyed our Beef Cheeks. I realise it was Boxing Day so there was probably fewer staff than usual, but we still had to pay the 15% extra, the service was rather slow. One guest had leftovers fall onto his lap when his plate was removed and he complained that the order for his drink was forgotten. We like the venue and preferred the menu to the Odyssea's so choose to dine at 300 Acres. The price for each item was good.

Was more than disappointed with the quality of the food & service. They forgot to put our order in and when we enquired an hour later where was our food, as others that ordered after us had received their meals, we were offered garlic bread while we waited but they only gave us 4 pieces when there were 7 of us at the table! We were given complimentary dessert to try to make up for it. We won’t be returning.

Service was wonderful, staff were not your typical , I'm just here to collect a wage, they were professional and took pride in their role. Food was lovely, particularly the Guinness pie.

We waited over an hour for our meals and then one meal was forgotten . Spoilt the experience . The waitress was apologetic and offered a free drink . Not sure if we will go back .
