Great welcome and excellent food. Restaurant is a bit cold and this is the case every time we go there. We suspect that it's because there is a huge atrium adjacent to the restaurant and all the heat goes straight up there. Service is normally good but we sat for over 40 minutes without any attention prior to getting up to get someone to take our order for coffee and dessert. This is unusual but was a bit frustrating. Another great thing about this place is the complimentary parking under the building. Will definitely be back.

It has not got a lot to offer on the menu probably because of COVID19. Food is reasonably good and service is fine. Parking is an issue because of construction outside the restaurant.

Booked 350 Restaurant to dine before a show nearby. Took almost 20 minutes before a staff member came to our table to ask about drinks (no water offered before this). It took almost 50 minutes for our meal to arrive and only after we called a staff member over to ask how much longer it was going to take. This left us with 15 minutes to eat our meal before we had to go. They knew we had a show to get to. Disappointing!

We went for lunch and had to wait a while before a waitress came to the front to greet us. Then, we had to wait over 20mins for our meals to arrive but it wasn't that busy.

Well presented dishes were well above expectations, and service was exceptional. With the free parking include in the meal it was very well priced.

Had a lovely quiet lunch meeting up with friends. Happy with the selection in the lunch menu. Everyone was happy with their meal. Very convenient with parking available downstairs the hotel.

Great place for a pre-theatre meal. Across the street from the Riverside Theatre, Parramatta, the restaurant has a pre-theatre menu that has a good range of choices and a full bar available. We had the Beef Cheeks and the Barramundi. Both were cooked and presented well and very tasty. The panacotta and the coffee brulee were very good to finish the meal. The meal wasn't rushed and we still had plenty of time to make the show. Complimentary parking is an added bonus.

Food was plated beautifully but there was a bit of a wait for meals. The place was busy so understandable but there probably should have been extra floor staff as it was hard to place orders, ask for the dessert menu etc. as staff were busy serving other customers.

Across the street from Riverside theatre so very convenient. You need to book well in advance as it is popular with theatre goers. They also have a pre-theatre menu. They know they need you out before the show so as long as you time your seating time it will go smoothly

Dear Novotel Parramatta, Myself and 3 other guests enjoyed 350 restaurant last night before attending Riverside Theatre. Food was great. I am hoping you may correct what I see as an issue with the bill. As an Accor customer you will know this is an expensive card to purchase. I have years of experience using this card. Part of the expectation of eating at the restaurant was the Accor 25% discount. However when I presented the Accor card a staff member took it away and came back with it saying as the meal was already discounted that the Accor discount does not apply as we had chosen the Theatre menu. I have never experienced this rejection at Accor restaurants before. At the time this was embarrassing to explain to my guests that thought they would be dining at a discount and was part of me convincing them to dine at Novotel. It was only this morning I realised that if we had ordered the same meals from the normal menu the Accor 25% discount would have applied so in fact we were $18.75 worse off. Riverside meal came to $198 $45 x 4 $18 sides Menu $239 less $59.75 [discount of 25% ] = $179.25 $34 - Pork x2 $34 - Crab x2 $120 - Steak x 3 $33 - Barra x1 $18 Sides I am suggesting to please consider that it reasonable for the restaurant to supply a credit to me of $18.75 in the spirit of the loyalty and good name of Accor privileged customers. Thank you. Best wishes Warren Smith 15 Beattie Ave Ryde NSW 2112
