Great atmosphere and food. Maybe would've preferred to spend a little less but it was worth it if I compare it to my experiences elsewhere where we've spent the same amount on a far inferior experience.

About 465 The Avenue

Comfort food with a tipple to match. Hop of the train, take a few steps (towards the Pacific Highway side), and you’ll find yourself at 465 The Avenue Bar & Kitchen, nestled amongst the high rises of Chatswood. Think exposed brick walls, smooth leather booths and bird cage lamps creating dim lighting. That’s in the evening, anyway. You can expect a completely different vibe when visiting for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Chef Vincent Girardin has created a menu offering casual comfort food with a European influence. From perfectly poached eggs and single origin coffee in the morning, to Lamb Rump with a French Butterfly cocktail in the evening. Whatever time of day, the guys at 465 The Avenue have got you covered. Best dish: Pan Fried Potato and Sage Gnocchi
