The food started off sensational with the entrees and then left us feeling a little disappointed with the mains. The Pad Thai was very bland but the staff were very accommodating and took it back and brought a fresh serve with more flavour. We enjoyed the experience but unfortunately were left feeling a little underwhelmed with a few of the mains falling short. Great service and atmosphere.

Second time eating at 8020BK and once again I am happy and satisfied with food quality and quantity. Service was great. Not disappointed with anything. Would definitely come back again.

Great experience overall! The food was really delicious! The dessert options were lacking a bit. But I'd definitely go back there if I was living near by.

The best Thai food we have had in a very long time! Excellent service and yummy food. We are definitely coming back again - and next time will try the seafood curry in fresh coconut and the duck dish!

Atmosphere was beautiful great selection of cocktails- catered for Vegan staff friendly always smiling felt very comfortable the food is tasty and colourful

This is my third visit to 8020BK in the space of two months. The food is absolutely delicious (especially the Wings Zabb) with lots of Thai influence - as you'd expect!! The staff are so friendly which makes the atmosphere even better.

Menu was more fusion than a your typical Thai food, however excellent dishes. Staff friendly and at tentative to your needs. Soft shell crab...yummy. Will go back again.

What an amazing little place from the decor to the staff everything was perfect as for the food - next level!! Will definitely be going back as I want to try everything on the menu.

We are repeat customers. Easy to get to, quick and friendly service and the feed me option very popular with our adult kids, a little weighted towards crunchy and fried but BBQ chicken, dumplings, salt n pepper crab, pork belly, fresh steamed greens works for us.. We will be back.

Located next to Holiday Inn Express, this is a go to place for a Thai feed. Small menu but big in flavour. My go to Thai restaurant every time I’m staying at HIX.
