Ajitama Ramen Bistro

Food was great: Eggplant and tonkotsu ramen were exceptional and authentic. Tonkotsu ramen noodles had a nice chewy bite, seems like handmade ramen. Vegetarian ramen seemed to have different kind noodles, looked like instant noodles. Service was good: Wait staff were attentive, had masks on. Free hand sanitizer and masks by the door for customers if needed. Thank you!

Ramen was very good. We had Tonkotsu and Shio and enjoyed both ramen. The tonkotsu was great. I didn't like the crispy onions in the shio. It's a soup so they got wet and not nice. I was disappointed with the Agadashi tofu. This is a favourite dish of mine. There was more fish flakes than tofu pieces - the 3 tofu pieces were tiny and were drowned in a mountain of flakes, which should just be a garnish. It overpowered the tastes.

I like the atmosphere. Very cozy place. The stuff are friendly. The food is ok.

Ramen de miso sempre exelente

One of the best ramen in town for sure. The variety is a bit short, but the offer is really accurate in terms of japanese tradition, the flavours are exquisite and the whole experience very tasty. Much worthy to try. Highly recommendable restaurant for oriental food fans.

We come before the opening time around 19:20, but the restaurant still greet us to sit down by our asking, so we don’t need to wait outside with tiredness. The waiter is polite. The food is great and the atmosphere is perfect.
