Longneck peated bitter 4.1% abv, 22 ibu

For a wildly experimental twist on our core range Best Bitter, we swapped some of the base malt for Medium Peated malt. The result is a romp through a burning Scottish bog (though it tastes much better than it sounds!), with a good bit of caramel sweetness in the background to soften the peat. Whiskey and Boilermaker lovers will be overjoyed, while novices to smoked beers can dive straight in to new territory of food and drink matching!

Skinny d. i .p.a . (double i .p.a .) 8.9% abv, 45 ibu

The new Skinny DIPA is loaded to the, er, breeches with tropical and stone fruit character from Calypso, Mosaic, Topaz and Citra hops. A honey-grainy malt backbone and firm bitterness balance perfectly with swirls of rich apricot syrup and a slight note of pine resin. Note: Skinny D.I.P.A. is not available at Happy Hour price

The table we got was really nice - as I requested for a quieter side. Great service from staff + the drinks are good too! Will definitely come back here.

The atmosphere is really good with a good selection of Australian beer. The service was a bit slow as waiters rarely come around to our area, but otherwise the food and drinks are great.

The fish & chips was more batter than fish however the staff were helpful and friendly. The renovations look great

Poor service. As it was bar service we could order our drinks but we hadn't been asked about ordering food for well over 50 minutes once we were seated. We had to ask to be served.

Food, atmosphere, space and special Tuesday are all fabulous. Only draw back for improvements are signage to assist with locating the venue and customer service when a customer walks in (was finding for someone for seating). Customer service was excellent once I managed to flag/find someone though.

The food was terrific, and a very good value. The service, however, was dismal. Our server did not make eye contact after taking our order, and sighed heavily when chased down after waiting 15 minutes to order more drinks (this IS a brew pub, a second round shouldn’t seem a hassle). Nobody else checked on us once food was delivered. I will give it one more try, but unless the service is MUCH better I would cross it off the list, even the food (and beer) was fantastic .

We had a booking for 18 people @ 6.30pm, 2 were vegetarians, that I had notified when booking. Both ordered the halloumi burgers only to be told 10 min later no halloumi. Who runs out of Halloumi by 7 pm? They don't cater well for vegetarian options. You would have thought a restock after lunch runs would have been done.

Platters are excellent and the beer is good. We went to Vivid and then watched state of origin on the big screen at the brewery.

About the restaurant

Some say too many hands spoil the brew.

At All Hands Brewing House, we say the more the merrier.

With a state of the art microbrewery, Southern style comfort menu, unique event spaces and the best beer garden on the wharf, fresh life has been injected into the site of the old King St Brewhouse, a long-time Sydney establishment.

Beer is the people’s choice when it comes to drinking. All Hands Brewing House is a place where this democracy is celebrated. It’s all about the beer at All Hands – we proudly craft our in-house brews for superior, fresh flavour.

A place for after-work drinks, family lunches, craft beer hob-nobbing and post-match pints. It’s for Sydney-siders, jealous Melburnians, and sunburnt British tourists. Ultimately A.H.B.H. is about people coming together to eat, laugh, and drink excellent beer, brewed on-site at an iconic Sydney waterfront.

Head to Sydney’s King St Wharf for All Hands Brewing House, your new choice craft brewery, bar, beer garden and Southern style comfort diner.
