Food was alright. The atmosphere was noisy and crowded as a fine dining venue. Lighting could be either brighter or darker. Service was inattentive and cold without a smile. Dirty dishes and glasses were left on tables and side tables for extended periods. Drink menus weren't provided unless asked. We ordered through the term that says "This preset menus is available from 07/04/20 to 31/12/24 on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday for Dinner 2 Course set menu ($105 pp) or 3 course set menu ($125) available." When we pointed that out to the waitress who gave us the bill, she tried to brush it off and said the title said " 2/3 Course Dinner Menu 125AUD. So, 2 course for $125". I asked her to read the confirmation email again. She repeated the same thing, tilted her head up, raised her voice and said "uh ah. $145 is what we charge everyday." She then asked if we want to speak to her manager and walked away. The manager came and politely said it's the error of the Fork for advertising the price difference. Why would a website advertise on something that was never communicated with the vendor? The whole experience showed how the staff here try to blame others on their mistakes and not working as a team: 1. We were repeatedly asked by different staff asked about dietary requirements which shows lack of communication between staff and understanding of asking the question when it's not even a degustation menu. 2. Other customers asked a waitress for a photo to be taken after cleaning. She never returned. 3. With the billing situation, the waitess should have read the content not just the title and resolve this with her manager before her "uh ah" that we are the ones who made the mistake. 4. Blaming on a website for advertising a deal you're not aware of as a manager shows miscommunication between your marketing team. You do not need to let your customers know how poorly you work as a team. With this level of service and trying to make a customer accept a false advertising deal, I have doubts if any of the staff we encountered can even work at a supermarket when they have better customer service than here.

Great view and meal, with a perfect team. More likely to go there for the upcoming anniversary or events. For those who care about a window seat, make sure to inform them beforehand.

Extremely disappointing menu and also the food which lacks inspiration, flavor and gust. The presentation was okay but the food was mostly tasteless except the Tuna Tartare which was excellent. The steak was very poor quality and also how it was cooked and presented. Service was robotic and lifeless. However, the views were excellent.

The food was very nice, the staff didn't know much about the food and wine until the sommelier arrived. Great view and overall experience. It was nice and quiet so we could hear each other.

For two people a two course meal and 4 or 5 glasses of wine ended up costing just over $400 absolutely absurd price, there was a great deal of fat on the steak and the other meal was just chicken, the price for what we received was quite unbelievable,

The food is, for the most part, lovely and the view is spectacular. However, the service staff were not great. They had very little knowledge of the food and wine they were serving. We also had to spend a considerable time trying to catch a waiters attention to get the bill.

An hour for entre wait was terrible. We ordered first and people at the window got to get their food before us and they ordered after us!!! Sage the waiter was terrible. Tried to offer us alcohol for the wait time and we don’t drink and I was 7 months pregnant! Told us to have a sip!! Unbelievable. Not recommending to anyone and will not be returning

We were seated with an amazing window seat which I requested prior. $14 for sparkling water is a bit ridiculous. Good selection of wines but the waitress poured a whole glass of wine when I asked for just a tasting. The entree tuna and prawn was just okay, and oxtail was a nice start to the evening. I had the duck which was a bit dry and tough, but chicken was gorgeous. Highly recommend the vanilla stone but not the Jaffa chocolate- very average. Decent waiting time, and thoroughly enjoyed my evening with a beautiful view.

Booked in advance fir Valentines dinner. Requested a window seat if one was available , but we didn’t get one although there were / empty window seats OR we paid $450 per head . The $570 booking didn’t have enough food and I’m not a big bloke So we ordered more and that took the bill to $750 with the surcharge. Food was divine but overly overpriced in my opinion . It was a first time experience fir my better half , and don’t get me wrong, I’m not shy to pay

For a well priced restaurant - service was atrocious! Thankfully food was delicious, but it's the service that makes you come back, not a pleasant experience, when you're offered wine for your main meal and they don't bring it till your near finished - that's poor service

Aren't we lucky to have the beautiful Sydney harbour view? Having High Tea there certainly is a memorable experience. You have to pay additional to have the window view ($110 vs $95). We had the Festive High Tea, nice theme except missing a few traditional high tea elements, such as finger sandwiches, beautiful tea sets. Overall a nice experience except we were rushed out in 2 hours as they needed to accommodate the next booking.
