We went here last night with our friends and we all had a great time. I have been to Altitude for couple of times now and they never fail to impress me. Waiters are attentive, food is great and the views are amazing.

Some restaurants in the fine dining category have the views, the decor, the ambience, the service but I always feel a bit lacking with the food. This is one of the few restaurants that had it all for me. I found the food amazing, along with everything else. Highly recommended.

Great view and atmosphere but service can be better as a 5 star hotel. Waitress seems to be on working holiday visa, lack of experience. However, the manager offer us a complimentary anniversary dessert plate which was very kind and nice!

The service though excellent was a bit slow n we had to request for the actual dishes to commence as there is only so much seafood cheese n crackers one can consume 👍the brunch time crowd must have added to the slight slight delay but after all that food service atmosphere was spectacular ! Will definitely recommend to friends for a special get together !

Absolutely beautiful view with amazing food and service! Couldn't be better! We had 4 course meal and each meal was just amazing. Their service was spot on! They made our special night. I will definitely come back for our special night!

beautifull view of the harbour , great service , the food had a very nice taste however the buffet had very limited options , nice bellinis , especially if people like to drink mimosas and bellinis is very worth it for the price you pay for unlimited the view makes it worht it as well , just make sure you book with a lot of time because they are usually quite full

About Altitude Restaurant

On a high! Perched on high within the luxurious Shangri-La Hotel, Altitude Restaurant is one of Sydney’s most iconic venues. Offering stunning views of Sydney Harbour in a lavished glass encased dining space, this venue has some serious ‘wow-factor’. Head Chef Insup Kim menu only adds to the experience with an a la carte and degustation spread that will blow your mind. The menu is incredible but not overly pretentious, allowing the produce to speak for itself. A shining star on the menu is ‘champagne chiboust’, a scrumptious dessert that features strawberry coulis, pistachio touille and Veuve Cliquot champagne jelly! There is also an incredible wine list for the wine enthusiasts. This is a celebration venue that is hard to beat. Best dish: lavender and honey glazed duck breast, native warrigal greens and pink lady apple puree.
