Dined here for my 4th Anniversary celebration. Parking was easy, just opposite the restaurant. A good start. We opted for the degustation 6 course meal. Very good flavours and playful textures. around 4 dishes had crushed hazelnuts for texture sprinkled on top - felt that was too repetitive, otherwise combination of favours was good, quite enjoyed it. Loved the sourdough complimentary bread. Good customer service and atmosphere. Would dine here again

Restaurant is quite small and tables so close together. The food and wine make it worth it though. Service was great for a busy Wednesday night, and the wait staff had time to recommend wine with my meal.

Always enjoyed coming back here. Just a comment on set menu though the restaurant said u could adjust for those who didn’t eat something on the menu, but it ended up just a kind of veg dish it should’ve been other meat options ie chicken or pork not just mushroom. The suggestion on Drinks was brilliant. Overall we all enjoyed.

Paella was really good, the aioli could have been more garlicky for my own preference. Some of the dishes were too sweet, the rabbit and and the duck liver/hearts.

Taste Invasion Anada is a one-of-a-kind restaurant in the heart of Fitzroy. This restaurant is run by the husband and wife team, Jesse and Vanessa Gerner whose travels have filled them with a passion for Mediterranean food.
