Had to ask to be served waited 20 mins Then was told it was too late to order desert , was handed the bill and asked to leave because the next sitting had arrived. As a first time diner at the restaurant that was a bit disappointing.

quite a surprise regarding the menu but enjoyed the food. my date was just as surprised but we enjoyed the atmosphere and the wine was great. a first date to remember

Food was delicious. The sitting time is not enough and the staff rushed us out. They didn't even ask us if we wanted dessert or coffee. Overall I found it too rushed.

The wine list was excellent along with the knowledge of the wine waiter We went specifically to try Spanish wines and really enjoyed them The food was ok a few things we really enjoyed such as the duck and croquettes but some other dishes failed Just not tasty and overworked The staff were all lovely The room too ...

About Anada

Taste Invasion Anada is a one-of-a-kind restaurant in the heart of Fitzroy. Not only do they do exotic food from parts of the world we can’t get to right now, they’ve also created their own sensuous fusion of flavours. This restaurant is run by the husband and wife team, Jesse and Vanessa Gerner whose travels have filled them with a passion for Mediterranean food. They created Anada for an excuse to give us Spanish and Andalucía cuisine infused with the flavours of northern Africa. The result is a menu full of tapas and raciones, share foods that make eating out with friends an absolute treat. This friendly style of dining, in combination with the bustling intimate setting, make for a warm dinner experience. If it’s your first time, go for the tasting menu, which shows off the best of what these chefs have to offer, including the traditional gazpacho (a rich tomato-based vegetable soup) and fresh grilled seafood selections.
