Bringing sexy back A few steps down from Assembly Bar, you’ll find Assembly Restaurant serving authentic pizza’s and hand made pasta. The first thing you’ll notice when arriving at the restaurant is the humongous pizza oven taking up most of the kitchen space. Chefs Nick Pulcher and Antonio Buonomo use this pizza oven to create traditional pizza’s from dough made freshly in house. Start with the award winning El Pasaporte cocktail (with Bacardi rum, fresh passionfruit and lime) from sister venue Assembly Bar. It’ll be a tough decision choosing between the pizza and pasta menu. From the traditional Margherita - mozzarella fior di latte, Parmesan and basil to pappardelle with traditional slow cooked beef ragu, you’ll be wondering why you didn’t come sooner. Best dish: Squid ink tagliolini sautéed with wild spanner crab, king prawns and baby truss tomatoes.
