    Flavoursome food in a laid back comfortable setting. Great meal with fresh fish that just fell apart. The mix of flavours in the starters was wonderful. Will definitely be back again.

    Lovely seafood restaurant opposite botanic gardens. Excellent service and elegant, spacious atmosphere. The menu features some interesting dishes as well as some simple fish dishes cooked to perfection.

    The food was quite nice, but for the price, it was pretty standard and indifferent to any food you would get in any other fish restaurant, the chips and tartar sauce were really average too. They were busy and the noise of the phone continually ringing whilst the chef was shouting from the kitchen had really taken away from the experience. The bathrooms were also freezing cold. This isn’t a fine dining restaurant by any measure.

    We had a wonderful lunch. Excellent Service, warm, informed and very professional. The food was flawless. Scallops and quail starter beautifully balanced. The flavours rich and interesting. John Dory possibly the best we’ve had and the goat cheese salad delicious. We finished this excellent meal with the recommended coffee soufflé and left very happy indeed. Can’t wait to be able to bring my friends back.

    Love the food and ambience. The blue swimmer crab soup is beautiful, strongly recommended. Staff have been very welcoming and friendly too. Definitely will recommend to family and friends.

    Bacash has to be one of the best restaurants in Melbourne. The best fish one anyway. The quality of the fish! The creative style of the recipes is outstanding. I’m a regular restaurant goer and good cook so when I go out I want to eat something that is better than what I can create. Last night I had the Lebanese Snapper. Sensational! My partner had the Whiting. Amazing! As a first course we had 6 oysters each. They were soooo very fresh and beautiful and the Mignonette served with it was gorgeous. The waiter service was helpful without being intrusive. Everything amazing. I’ll be back whenever I can! Thanks team. Keep up the great freshness of the fish!!!.

    Celebrating our first night out for months, it was so nice to be able to support one of our favourite Restaurants.     Once again Bacash lived up to its reputation, and our previous experience, as Melbourne's best seafood restaurant. The menu choice is excellent and the food is very fresh, well prepared and presented on the plate. The wine list is extensive and includes a comprehensive range of French wines. Our guests from Canberra had not been to Bacash before and were absolutely delighted with their experience.

    Great service from our waiter. Good variety on the menu plus daily specials - also catered for our food intolerances and still felt indulged. Lovely location across from the botanical gardens with intimate interior if you dine inside. Extensive wine list by the glass or bottle. We dined here as a special night out for family members and were not disappointed.
