Fabulous
So disappointed..waited 40 minutes to get a drink and the food is so expensive and small. The whole rest is very chaotic and staff run everywhere but don’t seem to know their job. Super expensive for the food you receive.2 people had 2 drinks and finger food plus oysters and over $200.
Friendly staffs and so nice to stay in balcony and enjoy the sea breeze.
Went for a late lunch.. nice person who showed us in.. then to be told limited menu between 3 and 5 which is fine but the options were only 2 Mains and the rest share plates.. this should be made clearer when booking. When we then picked our food and drinks we were then told that they didn’t have 3 of the things we wanted out of the already limited menu.. which is again fine but that should have been mentioned when we were given the menu or perhaps they should have alternative options if those weren’t available off the limited menu. The waitress that served us the hygiene officer was quite blunt and generally not warm. Then we ordered some cocktails when the happy hour started waited 15 minutes for someone to come back and tell us they machine was broken.. then we ordered gin and tonics then they didn’t show so we just paid the bill and left. Overall a bit disappointed and would not recommend
All good
Crab linguine was delightful and the garlic sauce for the mussels was very tasty. Cocktails nice but not amazing. Thanks a lot for a good night!
Food was awesome, staff were accommodating with three children, always make this our first night out in Byron.. never disappointed. See you next time!
Absolutely amazing vibe !!!
We were seated and promptly forgotten about. Our waitress said she'd bring water and didn't so we had to ask for it. We ordered drinks and they never arrived so we asked for them. We waited for some time and asked again. The cocktails were great when they finally arrived. Oysters were ordered and arrived promptly. They were amazing. An hour and a half after ordering mains our food still hasn't arrived so I got up and went to speak to our waitress who said she'd go check on our order. She never came back to update us but the manager came to our table to tell us our order hadn't been sent to the kitchen. Complimentary drinks were offered which was appreciated. My food when it finally arrived was ok. Not great, just ok. My friends said her food was lovely. The Manager kindly reduced our bill substantially as an apology. Such a disappointing experience for a special occasion...we went for my friends birthday.
Great food great vibe perfect location Oysters were just perfect especially the tampura Squid was perfectly cooked Choice of music spot on Services was always with a smile
Excellent service, great food with a ridiculous price tag and great drinks. Skip the food and enjoy the rest!
Excellent food and service and beautiful setting
We went on pasta night. We had beautiful food, drinks and desert. The staff were very friendly and efficient. It’s always a very busy and popular restaurant. You much book in advance to get a table.
Good food and service but let down by the noise- the music was high volume. We had to shout to have a conversation which didnt make for a pleasant dining experience
Love this place, an amazing atmosphere almost guaranteed, super helpful and friendly service and the food (and cocktails!) never fails to please. A must visit in Byron Bay.
Great food
A favourite we will come back to each visit to the bay.
Great food and great atmosphere
Friendly service, lovely oysters and great environment!
Really easy great service
A vibrant bar and restaurant with a lively atmosphere, friendly and professional staff and a great menu. The food was excellent, as were the cocktails - I'd definitely go back to the Balcony again!
