Food was ok but not the best Thai in Melbourne. Pad Thai was soggy, pad see ew had limited meat options and didn’t have beef to choose from, papaya salad was too finely crated, grilled chicken salad was bland, green chicken curry was good. The thing we found most annoying was that the waiters kept coming over to clear our plates and most of the time took things away that we hadn’t finished.

The restaurant is in a great location and is situated right on the Yarra River in South Wharf. Choose an outside table as the ambience is better. The food is good however I remember it being better in the past so was a little disappointed. It lacked the flavours however was still good. Service was great and food was quick to come out. Would return.

A very nice and spacious restaurant in a fabulous location in South Wharf. The staff was friendly and the service was prompt and efficient. I am allergic to chilli and they were able to accommodate my allergy with good options on the menu which is wonderful. We had betel leaf, chicken ribs, pad Thai with prawns, crying tiger grilled beef salad ( all without chilli)! I absolutely love the beef salad - fresh, tasty and full of flavour. Can't wait to return!

The location by the river is wonderful but we asked several people to find it. We were a bit late to find it. The staff is very friendly. The food is good, especially the desert Mango sticker rice.

Lovely spot by the Yarra with the most extensive list of gluten free dishes on offer. They cater for coeliacs even. The service was excellent, the food looked amazing, but failed translate into taste and freshness. Will return again.

Ambience at the restaurant was nice. However, the food we had was just okay. Loved the mango sticky rice though! Didn't get to try the thai milk tea as they ran out! That's weird for a thai restaurant...

Had the Sharing Banquet for 4ppl. Food was tasty and delivered very promptly -- almost a little too quickly. Dishes just plonked at our table all in a hurry even though our dinner was well before closing time. Ambience was good. Wait staff were super efficient at clearing dishes. Our only hiccup was at the end of the meal when I went to the counter to settle the bill. I thought I had booked under the half price dining deal but apparently had not due to the thefork's confusing new website design. When I just showed the lady at the cashier how I had booked, she grew increasingly defensive and highly animated, loudly protesting that this was not the restaurant's problem and embarrassed me.. I reassured her repeatedly that I was not blaming her or the restaurant, just that I was going to contact thefork.com.au to discuss and of course, I would pay the full amount. However, she did not back down and continued her defensive, sullen stance throughout the transaction, explaining my error as though I was imbecilic. Never a smile nor any sense of courtesy or hospitality. Whatever happened to this place? It had been one of our favourite haunts not long ago. It was a most unpleasant end to an otherwise good dinner outing.

Love this place on the waterfront, love the pad thai. Things here are spicy though, so not much that isn't spicy. It's the view you're paying for, so perfect for a long lunch.

Delicious food! We sat outside so we got to enjoy the gorgeous view as well. We also ordered dessert but the main was so much superior compared to the dessert option

It was easy to book a table online, no fuss. They are really flexible with bookings as they generally don't have an issue if you're late to a booking. You don't need to wave for a waitress to come by your table as they'll ensure they come to you. Menu needs more options, but the food quality was wonderful.

I had eaten here once before and the food was great so I booked it again with that in mind. However between four of us our food was a mixture of moderately ok and terrible. A dish of stir fried Morton bay bugs came out looking and tasting like mush and had clearly been left sitting for some time after being cooked as it was almost cold. Another stir fried seafood main meal was only slightly warm as well and lacked flavor. The fourth main meal delivered to the table last, came out steaming hot as though it had just come off the cooker, so clearly there was a lag between the cooking time and the serving time of the other two dishes. Also, when we arrived we had ordered first drinks which took a while to come out, and then one person ordered another glass of wine further into the meal. This wine never came and in the meantime, we were unable to grab anyone's attention as the place was rather busy. We eventually had to get going and decided to leave and pay without waiting any longer for the elusive glass of wine, only to be told at the register that the order had never been put into the system because it was not on the docket. Lucky we decided not to keep waiting for it. Very disappointing.
