Good food and environment
5 star food for a very reasonable price in the heart of Sydney. The service was mediocre, our waitress not looking where she placed a drink and spilt it as she put it on the table and then walked away leaving us the clean up the spill, shame as I expect the other waiter/ess are awesome, but ours was not. I would go there again, hope for a better waiter/ess as the meals were superb
Reasonable food and service

Beautiful food, excellent staff, good strong menu, A little $$$ considering the portion size of lunch meals compared to other cafes in the vicinity
A good place to have a meeting with colleagues

Great city cafe
Great city cafe
Went in for casual work lunch. Wait staff were very friendly and helpful; were able to cater for our requests in a professional way. Will definitely be back.
Chicken dumplings were superb and the grilled salmon with hummous
Our order was slow in getting through to Bar Cupola from your site. They did not receive our booking changes and our pre-order until after we got there.
Always a great place to lunch
The renovations had an impact on the environment and the food
Great Sydney cafe

A bar above the rest Sprawled across the southern lobby of Angel Place Office Tower in Sydney CBD is the chic Bar Cupola. A clean, modern and minimalist foyer café, Bar Cupola is great for breakfast business meetings, lunch stops or afternoon coffee breaks. A huge 12-metre oil painting rivalling the works in the Art Gallery NSW adorns one wall, and the high ceilings allow for great acoustics so it’s never too noisy, even on the busiest of days. The service here is exactly as you expect for busy city café – professional, efficient and fast. The baristas pour a never-ending line of coffee cups at a rapid pace, while those who have the time to dine in are treated to a range of both sweet and savoury meals – breakfast quiches, French pastries, bagels, sandwiches on every bread variety imaginable, hot and cold salads, and even Malaysian-style curries for those cool winter days. Thanks to its triple volume space, Bar Cupola is often used for corporate seminars, product launches and cocktail functions. It’s not just a business restaurant though – at night, you’ll find the tables full with couples enjoying a sophisticated dinner before heading next door to the Sydney Recital Hall. Best dish: Pumpkin, potato and sage fritters
