Very disappointed. Was told this was the best brekky on the coast. Food always running out. Wait times till new stock was replenished. Barely any table service. Plates piling up. Food was ok. Would not return or recommend

Fantastic Sunday Brunch!! Food was excellent and the mimosas were worth adding to the package. The Fried chicken was amazing - fact all the food was really good!

The only feedback I would give is to maybe have two stations with plates on it. It is a bit cluttered to have everyone going to one end of the buffet to get a plate.

Staff were amazing, very attentive, super happy and friendly, definitely added a great vibe to the night. Food selection was great, and delish, although the seafood itself and the selection was very disappointing. Wouldn't recommend going here for the seafood, but if you're not a crazed seafood fan, then I'd highly recommended it!

Bazaar presents a unique dining experience with a high end buffet presented in a range of food stations managed by individual chefs. Interaction between the chefs and diners is encouraged contributing to this cgastronomic experience. Engaging staff made each diner feel very special.

If you like breakfast buffets this is the best one in Surfers Paradise.

It was a really quiet night but I didn't find someone to order a custom pizza and they didn't replace food that run out. I had to ask for more salami

The girl that served us (had a European accent) was super, super lovely and very informative. It was my partner's birthday, and even though I didn't state that in the booking's Special Request, she had asked if we were there for any special occasion, and had a birthday treat organised for him at the end of our meal. We were both very surprised and grateful for the gesture. And also the cooks at each station were very helpful and funny.

About the restaurant

A Bazaar journey on the sunny sunshine coast…

At Bazaar Restaurant, your plate is your passport and there are no rules on which destinations to explore. The sleek dining room in the QT Hotel offers a number of cuisines all set out in a buffet and market stall style. With a mosaic of dishes to choose from, all tastefully arranged as a rustic visual feast for the senses, there’s shortage of dishes to go around and plenty of passionate chefs on hand to answer any of your culinary questions.

With the hype around the Bazaar growing, this buffet style restaurant has been given a twenty first century twist and people are taking note: think fresh and flavoursome produce not bland and boring buffet style cuisine. Walk into the restaurant and let the array of food tempt you in different directions: wood fired pizzas, pot roasts, organic salads (yes thats right, organic salads in a buffet setting), asian noodles, plentiful seafood and so much more!

So go on, enter the Bazaar and let the exciting food journey unfold. This is unlike any buffet experience you've ever had before..
