Lovely restaurant, really great food. The service was very good would definitely come back
Lovely place for a special night out for dinner
Food selection was great, something for everyone. I loved that you could have a little bit of everything so you didn't miss out on any taste sensations. Setting perfect and staff were fantastic.
Nice food/ good service / beautiful atmosphere
Not a huge selection as far as buffet s go but very good quality and freshly cooked. Prawns and oysters good also hot meals very tasty.
Was a buffet based on quality not quantity.
Food was well presented. Desert options very limited with only small bites to choose from. There was a pizza oven and they didn’t have pizza , served steak with no steak knives, salads great.
We’ve eaten here a number of times and it has been 10/10, however last night was beyond disappointing. There wasn’t the usual variety of food. I understand being Good Friday you aren’t meant to eat red meat but not everyone is religious and a beef dish would have been nice. There was only 2 deserts left at 8pm and they were both of the same thing, clearly not being restocked and no variety. We asked 2 different staff members for a drink before we got it. This restaurant has never been ‘hit and miss’ but after last nights I’d think twice before coming here again.
Worst dessert buffet selection I have ever seen.
Beautiful surroundings and wonderful variety of tasty food.
Food was cold. It was empty. Compared to the same restaurant on the Gold Coast, this was a total disappointment for the price you pay
A favourite of mine, always a spot on my list when in port Douglas
Would dine again, food was great, a bit pricey though
Food was cold, we ordered stake and it did not come. There was not much seafood variety and the deep fried fish was dry. Would not recommend it to anyone.
A fantastic smorgasbord from seafood to spare ribs
Not the greatest buffet selection but the food was great and the service and atmosphere were spectacular
Considering a previous visit sometime ago, this visit was very disappointing. Firstly, what was avilable for a Saturday evening dinner when entertaing visitors from Sydney to Port was bad. We were looking forward to having Steak (no longer available) The pulled Beef was dry and horrible, the Green Veg. was under cooked and cold ! as for the Mussels and Oysters I personally would have been ashamed to serve same, very small and tasteless. Sorry to be so critical, but it would have to improve sharply before I would dine again or infact reccomend.
Great food & service
The service was fantastic but all downhill from there. The food was of poor quality; prawns were farmed and for a buffet only a few dishes to choose from. The chicken pieces cooked over an open flame was a nice market place touch but it filled the whole restaurant with smoke so you walked out smelling like a kebab. Won't be returning.
