Always a great place to eat and drink. Great vibe and a good work local. Love the happy hour as well where you can have a few drinks before dinner. Recommend to all my friends and colleagues

Environment was nice and staff were attentive, food service was a tad slow between meals and some dishes were pretty average as part of degustation list (i.e. 1 piece of cauliflower floret), with no salt pepper provided (some dishes needed a bit more flavour). Wine serving per glass was also a bit on the skimpy side.

Great for happy hour drinks and snack! The service was quite slow probably not enough staff to keep up with the people coming in.

Came here with girlfriends for a low-key b'day catch up, ordered the capricciosa pizza, beef cheek pasta and rigatoni. Pastas were cooked SO perfectly, and despite one waiter getting my beef cheek pasta order wrong twice, the poor fellow was very apologetic, and the situation was remedied swiftly and incredibly professionally! They even went on to shout me a b'day dessert (pistachio tiramisu), which was outlandishly delicious! Really commend the team here for their service and for going above and beyond to make my b'day gathering special. Grazie mille, Jacopo and team at Bel e Brio! You guys can really sing!! Highly recommend :)

I understand that many restaurants feel the need to be fanciful in the ingredients of their dishes, but the experimental nature of many of the dishes we tried (especially pasta) was usually not flavourful enough (e.g. the tagliatelle’s beef cheek ragu sauce was not meaty nor flavourful enough). That said, I appreciated the service we had, even if a certain guest was disrespectful in the way he behaved for the kind of restaurant you show yourself to be — I apologise on his behalf.

Everything is just perfect. The little issue was the booking made via the fork on the day seemed not being received by restaurant when we went in. Fortunately the staffs were super helpful to resolve it for us! Still a great enjoyable dinner with lots of smile and attention from the place! A big thank you.
