Great Sunday lunch with excellent roasts and steaks. Wines are good value too.

A great local - good range of food and drink on offer. Good atmosphere and is great in all weather. Loving the renovations - definitely added to this already great pub. What keeps us coming back time and time again - Trivia on Monday's with Mike! He is the absolute best in the biz. Keep it up Bellevue - all around great experience.

Food and service excellent. We dined around 8.00 P.M. on a Sunday evening so it was cosy and quiet but i imagine it could get quite noisy at other time and the tables are quiet close. The wines were really quiet expensive. I would return but, as discussed, at an appropriate time.

Very disappointed in our return to The Bellevue post its remodelling. Service started well and then disintegrated after our main meal. Table was not fully set and after ordering one of our favourites, corn beef mash and white sauce we found ourselves eating what appeared to be roasted corn beef - fairly tough chewing and an odd yellow sauce. Staff seemed to be more interested in talking with each other around the bar and were not even bothered about asking if we wanted dessert. Finally after going to the bar to ask for some service we placed our order for dessert (which was pre made) and waited another 40 minutes for the yummy desserts to be delivered. A cup of tea was just that bridge too far for the staff and it arrived luke warm with no milk or extra hot water as requested. Shame that was once a local gem cannot train their staff properly and take care of their patrons. My reason for being harsh is because I too owned a Sydney restaurant and I know what is involved in ensuring good service and maintaining a good local reputation. Time to train those girls and improve the quality of food - corn beef is a classic dish and shouldn't be roasted!!

We were disappointed, we always came here for special occasions but they have renovated and its not as good. No coffee machine, menu is about a quarter of the size it was and we were huffed at when 5 of us arrived and the original booking was for 4 but we had updated the reservation details 3 days prior. Not coming back again.

Food was terrible. Basic mash potato and spinach had no flavour and needed so much salt to improve r the flavour. Gravy had not been cooked enough and could still taste red wine. Wine and service was fabulous thank goodness.
