We ordered the crab linguine and VIP pizza, which were okay but nothing to write home about. Service was very attentive though.

Bellucci cucina NEVER dissapoints. It's been awhile since I've been back, so the menu has changed (which I love about this place- it's always a good change too). The gamberi pizza and crab linguine were really yummy. I highly reccomend an arvo pizza/pasta and some sunshine at this restaurant.

Food was okay, however service was horrible. Our pizza was soggy, most likely from the tomato. The spaghetti was quite tough to chew and a little bit undercooked. The meatball and squid were decent. The fact that my sisters favourite part of the meal was the fries and the aioli sauce just summarises how the food is. Cocktails were amazing and the server that made and brought us the cocktails was lovely! He served us with a smile and made us feel welcomed. However, I cannot say the same with the other waiter that served us that night. The lack of customer service provided by this waiter, accompanied by his blunt attitude completely ruined our night. My sister rushed to meet us at our table and had forgotten to scan the QR code by the entry due to the hurry. As there was no staff at the entry for assistance, she walked in to find our table. The tall bald waiter rudely confronted her and said “are you just going to walk in and not sign in?”. He could have easily approached her and said “excuse me, could you please sign in before entering”. The rudeness and attitude just seemed unnecessary. Another incident was when we were taking photos around the table. This same waiter decided to approach us and said “guys, it’s time to eat. Food will get cold”. Mind you, it’s not like we took 15 mins to even take photos. We spent 5 minutes to talk and take photos before started eating our meals. He also gave our bills at 8pm to our table, right after we had finished our mains, claiming that he has to close the registers. He didn’t even bother checking if we needed anything else, like dessert or more drinks. Our booking was at 6.30pm so it did feel like he was attempting to kick us out, especially since the opening hours was until 11pm and the restaurant only had 3 other tables of customers. We also noticed he continued to take drink and dessert orders from other tables, which clearly contradicts with his lie of needing to close the registers. Overall, we had a negative experience at this place, despite receiving 30% off food from the Fork. We could have easily spent $140 elsewhere where we can feel like valued customers.

Disappointing place! Took my colleges for lunch and they didn’t have salami for pizzas, my carbonara pasta was cold, small, lacked Parmesan, bacon, fettuccine and all. My friend had pesto pasta and was cold as well. Will never come back or recommend to anyone

We had a new waiter-in-training, so the service will no doubt steadily improve in time. The atmosphere itself was cosy despite the cold - their heaters and blankets were a nice touch! The pastas were delicious and the perfect amount, while the tiramisu was a sweet note to end an ultimately satisfying experience. I’d recommend.

'Hidden gem' is a fitting title, as it's slightly hard to find with there being minimal signage - especially at night (located at the Upper Podium overseeing other restaurants in Australia Square). Pretty busy but with a good ambience, if a bit dark (there's no lighting other than from the bar area, makes reading the menu a bit hard). Service was good, our waiter was personable and very helpful with menu suggestions. We went with a salad appetizer, a VIP (Very Italian Pizza) and the Calzone. All three were served at the same time which was a bit unusual, we ended up enjoying the calzone the most as it retained the most heat and was the most satisfying to eat. Recommended and will come again!

I thoroughly enjoyed the food and found the service friendly and efficient. The alfresco setting is ideal on a fine April day. Full marks team! I would prefer some Aussie red wines on the menu at an affordable price but the Italian offerings are good nevertheless.

Service was very helpful, everyone was friendly! We decided to share two pasta and two pizza dishes, and the staff were quick to give us 4 plates and make sure everyone was comfortable. Would recommend the lamb ragu to everyone!!

The experience with this restaurant was extremely disappointing. Service before my meal was non-existent, ignored multiple times for a menu and water. The pasta we ended up receiving was okay, but not worth the $30/head price. The restaurant then refused to honour the 30% off food offer I had taken out with the booking, citing that my dining time had been too long because I had waited for my colleague to arrive (he had been held up by work). I thought this was extremely rude of the waitstaff and will no longer be having business lunches there.

Great to be able to sit outside for lunch in Sydney CBD. Very busy on a Thursday lunchtime but this was the first sunny day after the downpours in Sydney over the previous few days so everyone probably wanted to get out. Pizza was generally excellent (but note that prosciutto cotto is regular ham) but the service haphazard - looks like they do not have table numbers, so wait staff wandered round with food and drinks. Salad was disappointing. Long wait to get a menu. Tables - being outside - could do with a paper tablecloth (as used in Europe) to cover up the surface. No zero alcohol wine or beer - "we're Italian"................ you need to move with the times - this is one of the fastest areas of growth in the drinks business. Overall pleasant but like many places just 10% more effort would make all the difference.

Lunch with wife and niece on a rainy Sydney day. Despite the rain the ambience was really nice and the service could not have been bettered. Pizzas were very good and the wood fired bread for starter was great. Would definitely recommend.

Great food and lovely Mocktail. Staff were friendly, but I was short a knife, and had to ask again for water.

My booking ending up on a very wet night and the restaurant was kind of outdoors hence the experience wasn’t great. Plus I felt the staff were a bit tired after a long day. I think it would’ve been a much more pleasant experience had it been a nicer weathered night, the food were decent and good.
