Pasta parcels filled with Buffalo ricotta, peas & veal served with crispy prosciutto & basil pesto
Fresh home made spinach chittara spaghetti pasta cooked in a bag with slipper lobster meat, scallops, fish, prawns, mussels, vongole & tomato
Fresh home made Angel hair pasta with prawns, slipper lobster & scallop meat in a cream saffron sauce
Unfortunately living on its reputation from yesteryear as the quality of food and the overall dining experience is poor. Veal fillet is bland with a dollop of tuna mayonnaise as entree and the ricotta flowers are basic tempura on a plate with no garnish or wow factor for $30 each. Pasta is not homemade and at $80 for 2 dishes it's very hard to understand the justification there.. Combine that with sparkling water at $8 per 375ml bottle and a wine list mark up with nothing under $75 you begin to see its fine dining pricing without the fine dining. Not worthy of a second visit and we left hugely disappointed.
Great Italian in the heart of sydney, traditional dishes and style to the restaurant, great service
The place has great character..............................................................................................!
Second anniversary celebration there and just as good in every way. The degustation with matching wines superb! The service and atmosphere just right!
One of our special restaurant. I love the charm of the cellar area, it does make you feel like you are in Italy. Food is traditional and very tasty!
It’s been years and still great! Thank you again for maintaining a classic
Went for a special occasion. Food was delicious, great service, friendly staff. Would go again. Thankyou
I booked this restaurant because of the reviews on Dimmi and was glad that we went. Was hubby's birthday. The service was exceptional, the wine list was extensive and we had a beautiful bottle of Italian Cab Sav that went with our lovely food. Then a surprise rendition of "Happy Birthday " was sung to my husband with his dessert. Thank you Beppi's.
Always an excellent meal at Beppi's!
Love beppt's best Italian in sydney
Wonderful restaurant. After so many years it has maintained its charm. Excellent service, wonderful food and an impressive wine list
Food was good, but you could get more for your money with just as good quality elsewhere From the minute we sat down we felt rushed to order appetiser, entree, main and dessert. It felt a little like they wanted us in/out as quickly as possible, even though they were by no means busy. Happy with dinner overall, but not sure they have encouraged me to come back with so many choices to eat in Sydney
Always a great meal and memorable experience
Excellent food and service
Good food, great services.
What an absolute experience this was. Great service as soon as you walk inside. The staff are attentive, friendly and do not mind a bit of banter. They could not have done enough to help. The food was authentic Italian. Definitely recommend.
Fine good, good service =)
10/10. Terrific service and exceptional food.
Very good food. Witers were stuffy - only detraction

Can’t go wrong with Beppi’s In trend-conscious Sydney where openings (and closings) happen weekly, when a restaurant clocks up a whopping half century of operation (and then some) Polese you know they must be doing something right. It all comes down to the vision and passion of Beppi, who is credited with introducing Australians to classic Italian dishes and who lends his name to the eponymous Beppi’s Darlinghurst. It’s no wonder words like ‘iconic’, ‘classic’ and ‘timeless’ are used to described the elegant interiors and traditional menu which is not trying to impress with fussy fusion fads – classic Italian dishes are what it’s all about. Carpaccio di Manzo (fillet of raw beef thinly sliced with rocket, celeriac & horseradish cream & shaved parmesan), home grown zucchini flowers with ricotta, basil & porcini mushroom filling, Italian cured prosciutto Friulano di San Daniele with seasonal fruit are the order of the day –everything chosen and presented with care. The veal fillet grilled & served with truffled butter, porcini mushrooms & potatoes roasted in duck fat is not for the faint-hearted – and the prices, while not the most expensive in Sydney, generally make this a special occasion venue rather than a Thursday night can’t-be-bothered-to-cook dining option. Timber floors, crisp white linen tablecloths and napkins, warm lighting and house made bread complete the scene and we can recommend finishing (assuming you have room) with the Tiramisu’all Beppi’s made with zabaglione al marsala e brandy. For an authentic Italian dining experience and a slice of Sydney dining history, Beppi’s is a great place to bring your mum for her 80th or your better half for an impressive anniversary dinner. Best dish: Vitello tonnato
