To the team at Bianco Kitchen, Thanks for an enjoyable night with good wine. The food and presentation was lovely and the staff were very accommodating and service was great. It is not the cheapest of restaurants but the serving sizes were reasonable for the price. I will be back!

Was disappointed with our black mussels and calamari fritti. Barely enough gravy in the mussels dish to dip with the bread and mussels not that fresh, calamari was nearly all crumbs and not much calamari itself. These 2 dishes were highly recommended by friends who have been before.

Parking inside the Novotel was validated which was handy

Was disappointed. Bianco Kitchen used to be really good, instead we got stale bread undercooked pasta with dry ricotta filing and microwaved arancini.

About Bianco Kitchen

Just the way you like it Bianco Kitchen want you to have it your way. That is why they serve home-made dishes at an exceptionally affordable price. Everything from their pasta to their sauces, their gelato to their crepes have been made on the premises, freshly crafted by human hands. But that isn’t all that makes Bianco Kitchen unique: this restaurant does take-away with a twist. Purchase a take-home pack and you can mix up your favourite pasta and sauces right at home. The restaurant is named for the owner’s family, Panebianco, who were historically bakers for Italian royals and nobles. When they migrated from Sicily, they brought their expertise in the realm of great taste with them – and they haven’t lost their touch! In 2013, Bianco kitchen won GOLD at the 2013 Sydney Royal Easter show for their delicious, perfectly-crafted pasta. The vibe inside is laid-back and casual, open-aired on temperate nights or cosily closed on cold ones. So whether you’re after savoury classics or sweet Italian treats, check out Bianco Kitchen for food that’s been made with love. Best Dish: Polenta chips with blue cheese sauce
