Very good
The waitress was disappointing in the service provided. We waited for approximately 20 minutes to have the entree plates removed from the table at which point she asked if we would like our mains now. We then had to wait another 20 mins for mains and had to be asked to bring cutlery. She brought one spoon for gnocchi dish and one fork for pasta dish, so we had to ask for more cutlery and also for the others at the table who required cutlery too - wow! When dessert eventually came out, the mains salad was still on the table, the dirty glasses also and we had to ask for coffee. At no point during the meal did the waitress ask if we wanted drinks, only at the start of the night. The food was lovely but the service was severely lacking.
Great service and best of all food. Will come again. Great service and best of all food. Will come again. Great service and best of all food. Will come again.
The seafood pizza was excellent, grilled barramundi very tasty and the Fiano wine from SA just perfectly complemented our food. The waitress was helpful and efficient.
We enjoyed a late night dinner here, at 9pm, after a film. Despite the lateness of the hour, our meals were served promptly, and they were delicious. We all had pasta dishes, and they were done beautifully, with excellent sauces.
Great meal and service was really good
Delicious food and great service, we had the the Aperol and Lemoncello spritz were refreshing. Bruschetta and focaccia for starter followed by Insalata Rucola and Bolognese / Ragú specials , desert was fabulous too with cannoli /pannacota with a side of chocolate hazelnut gelato and Port. will definitely come back.
Very disappointed with the slow service - I raised on arrival we had a movie to get to yet it took 15 minutes just to order (just 2 x pizzas + 2 x glasses of wine) & then I had to chase the order up as we had to leave - we had to bolt our food. As well, 2 months ago I raised that I believed the crushed mussel shells on the seafood pizza were dangerous (small pieces could get caught in throat + risk of food poisoning by using unopened shells) yet again the shells were crushed & when I raised this with our waitress, she remembered my previous complaint - from 2 months ago. I won't eat at Bicicletta again. It's too risky. Shame, it used to be good.
Eh. A revamp hasn’t improved what was already not great about a faded superstar.
Great food, great location and service. A good dining experience.
The staff were lovely & very helpful. We sat out in the courtyard which was so nice, the weather was lovely & the atmosphere was great. The food could not be faulted - the taste & presentation was wonderful. The service was outstanding. We will definitely be back!
Great to have this place open again. Always great food and excellent friendly service. Happy to cater to dietary requirements. Also offer a nice selection of wines to complement the great food.
Have been coming here every year for my daughters birthday - but not again. Over 4 years we have seen service and food decline. Staff were not particularly friendly and were not happy when we opted to Physically sign in rather than use the app. We had to chase them down to order and get water. The entree grazing boards which we got to share were very average with raw carrot and cauliflower dipped in vinegar . We had to use phone lights to read the menus as a light was broken in the corner we were put. Need to lift their game
The quality of food was certainly very good, but the value for money a bit questionable. $12 for two pieces of bruschetta bread, and $28 for fettucine with chicken was a bit much for the relatively small serving sizes. They want to be a high end restaurant, but that doesn't mean you have to go away still feeling hungry.
Unfortunately the service was extremely slow and it appeared that they had forgotten our order as they came to us and queried whether any part of our order had arrived. They then had the kitchen prepare the food but then the ravioli when it arrived was extremely salty. They did give us a 25% discount due to this feedback on the food but can’t say that we will be back.
Food was fantastic, but the venue appeared to be short staffed with new staff not on their game.
We came and dined at Bicicletta under COVID restrictions. The staff did an amazing job making everyone feeling comfortable and welcome. The food was delicious andthe portions adequate.
The food was quite good. Service a little uncoordinated at times (asking for our dessert order when we were still waiting for our mains). Everyone pretty friendly & helpful.
We had a really lovely time here. The gnocchi was amazing and the pizza was also good. Perfect date night or family outing restaurant that I would recommend to anyone
Two of us had the fish special, baraccuda, and one the lamp dish. We also shared a green salad, and had wine and beer. The food was excellent. Our servers were attentive. Overall a very goid experience.
I was under the impression it was a good quality restaurant, quiet, refined. Service very slow - 1 hour for starters and then the surprise of the evening. Deafening music from a 'reception or party' right next to the restaurant. Unforgivable. Left immediately never to return,
