Food was lovely, varied and wonderful quality. Great for groups so you can order many dishes and share. Staff were very accomodating in fitting us in, including a pram at a time that suited us, also happy to up many of the dishes that had 4 pieces to 5 pieces as we had 5 in our group. Sad this institution is closing.

Really pleased to see the new menu. Sadly not keen to see it’s closing door :(

Interesting wine list but not extensive. Food beautifully presented and tasty, although some of the dishes tasted of a similar underlying flavour, presumably the master stock. Interesting specials to choose from in addition to the menu. Sarah, who served us was very professional.

We had the set menu. The food was absolutely divine complimented with a full flavoured pinot gris from NZ which was not on the wine list. Absolutely superb!!

The food was delicious! I highly highly recommend the roasted duck dish with the plum sauce, great portion to share and the sauce is divine. Of course you can forget the Chinese greens to balance out the strong/salty based sauce. Love the cocktails! Billy Kwong's is worth the visit before it closes down.

Shame Billy Kwong is closing down soon. Gonna miss the Davidson's plum duck, salthbush cakes, fried rice and the chilli jam. Something good doesn't last long. Hope Kylie has something great up her sleeves.

About Billy Kwong

Kylie's done it again Let's face it - we're always going to be on board with whatever chef Kylie Kwong is doing. And Billy Kwong in Potts Point, is no exception. A large dining room painted in tones of burnt orange and rust, filled with large chairs, a long counter and a bustling open kitchen is a sight to be seen. Here, there is an emphasis on their project beverage program - the wine list is plentiful with Australian drops and the gin and tonic garnished with chilli is a triumph. The food is excellent and the menu has maintained crowd favourites from the original Crown Street restaurant. Visit Billy Kwong for a spectacular five star night out that will transform your understanding of Asian cuisine. Best Dish: fried eggs with chilli and XO.
