The service was great as expected. And the souffles were great. Its not the cheapest place but you could do worse when you have a french craving.

Delicious French food. My go to dish- steak tartare. Twice baked soufflé and pretty much the whole entrees are fabulous. Dessert also amazing. Passion fruit soufflé is a must.

Beautiful meal, generous size servings. Only downside was the service, even though efficient, not one waiter smiled or made small talk.

Very classy and beautiful space. Ambience and service was a good as it gets. Classic French menu done very well. The souffle is to die for. Menu is quite conservative. Nothing wild, no surprises. Just delicious food. Nothing to pick about. Will definitely be back to try other items on the menu.

Classic French food done impeccably well, extensive menu, beautiful decor and fantastic attentive quick service. Location a little strange but once you find it this restaurant is a CBD gem !

Guillaume Brahimi is a name synonymous with fine, French food in Australia. With his Sydney eatery, Bistro Guillaume, he invites you to experience a Paris getaway right here in Sydney. He wants you to linger and let day turn into night, as the Parisians would. The setting is luxe and the atmosphere vivacious - nothing short of what the French would expect. It evokes memories of a rainy day in France, when you ran into a local Bistro and enjoyed steak with frites and a creamy, béarnaise sauce. Peruse the menu which reads like a French cookbook: oysters with vinaigrette, onion soup and terrine. Duck à l’orange, mussels served with chips and, bien sûr, snails are all there. Soufflé, profiterole and crème caramel too. All you have to say is ‘oui’.
