    Food on the Valentine's Day menu was good but the wait time between each meal was too high. It took 40 mins to get our first main meal after we finished our last starter... It ultimately it took the restaurant over 3 hours from the moment we walked in to finish serving us all of the food and to give us the bill.

    We had the Valentines Day Dinner which was fabulous. I’m gluten free and our waiter ensured that the kitchen staff was aware of my needs. Dishes were altered to suit my needs and they all tasted amazing. Great value dinner!

    The food was delicious and well presented, value for money. The staff service was amazing and as there wasn’t a vegetarian option for the mains, they offered to cater for any requirements. Thoroughly enjoyed the evening. Thank you

    The steak I had was to die for however we got the duck and that seemed a bit confused with the flavors. Couldn’t really taste the duck through the orange flavor and there was too much happening on the plate

    Excellent service by our waiter, Ricky, very attentive and knows the menu very well. The scallops and steak was superb. Will definitely go back.

    outstanding Spanish food, I had the piquillo peppers, empanadas and I had suckling pig, delicious and it was cooked very well, service was best I had in Brisbane for a while, my glass was full all the time and they were very friendly and made me feel like at home. Gracias Black Fire, I really enjoyed my dinner :)

    Great food, beautiful dining area. Would definitely return again given the great service, the risotto was the best. Have to say though, the pork belly and the three sides we got (potatoes, beans and mushrooms

    We visited the Black Fire for Christmas Eve Dinner. The menue we had was delicious!!!! The whole experience @ the restaurant was incredible, nice personal, awesome food, perfect drinks... We will definetly go there back any time!!!

    Lovely butchers platter. We paid $60 for it through The Fork when it was originally $78. I thought $60 was too much. For $30 each I’d recommend getting separate meals for yourselves. Whilst the food genuinely was delicious, there was dips sobbed on the platter but no bread and the green spinach was deep fried (so crispy/oily) and then just potatoes. Meh.

    This restaurant turned out to be a great choice for our first dinner in Brisbane. We had the Chef's tasting menu dinner which was fabulous, and quite a bargain, considering what we each got: 4 Entrees, 2 Mains and 2 sides. All were delicious, but the suckling pig and the suckling lamb were simply fabulous! We would recommend to anyone who loves meat to try these really delicious preparations! The service and ambiance were also excellent.

    We were very warmly welcomed. The food was great and very tasty. Atmosphere was pleasant with some nice guitar music piping through. Service was very prompt and the dishes came out quickly.

    Set menu was great value. We enjoyed the Chefs selection, careful presentation and lovely flavours accompanied by a great drinks menu. Service excellent.!!Thanks team we give you 5/5 thumbs up!

    From the moment we arrived the service was friendly and attentive. Both of our waiters were fabulous. The five of us had the tasting platter at $55 per head. Delicious. Alas too much food but we took some home for the next day. The chorizo with homemade beans was scrumptious in particular. As was the arancini, suckling lamb and Serrano ham. The wine was also excellent. All in all a fun, tasty evening.
