Staff were very welcoming. Food was amazing, just delicious, both mains and desserts. Staff were very attentive. Will definitely be returning and will recommend to friends/family.

Staff were warm and welcoming and continued to be attentive during our meal. We shared the seafood platter which was generous and excellent quality. We paired it with their award winning Classic White - Yum!!!

The service was OK. My wagyu steak was cooked perfectly but it was then smothered in a red wine jus that was too strong/acidic for my palate. I returned it to the kitchen to have the jus removed and have the dish re-plated. It would have been nice to have been asked if everything was ok when I got my steak back but I felt like we had been abandoned once I had complained. A word of advice, maybe place the jus in a container next to the steak, then the patron can have as much (or as little) as they want. Also, the coffee is very bitter and there wasn’t enough ice cream for the bitterness of the coffee. I’ve had much better affogotos! This is why I feel that this dining experience was disappointing.

Lovely restaurant with great food and view over the grape vines. The food was well cooked and well presented. Service was good. The only let down was the loud intrusive music, had this been turned down our Monday lunch would have been even almost perfect.

Disappointing. Food not as good as usual. Two different sauces on the plate and mixing with each other with the Barramundi. Huge potato croquet too bulky to go with the fish.

The restaurant was nice enough for a little family outing. The staff were lovely and overall the food was very good. My lamb dish was a little overcooked and my husband received someone else's main course by accident but the staff were extremely apologetic about this and really lovely to deal with. The prices were very reasonable given the portion size, presentation of the food and how tasty the majority of the food was.

Another great NYE dinner at Black Swan Winery! Beautiful setting, friendly staff who take the time to actually talk to their customers (and share a little banter!) and the food is amazing.

Disappointing meal very heavy handed on the seasoning and topping of dessert, the macaroons tasted old the prices are so high, with only one meal being good, also not enough variety on the menu. I wouldn’t recommend for vegan (I’m not vegan but noticed little options). The view and wine were lovely.

This is my new favourite in the Swan Valley. Amazing food, generous portion sizes, excellent service from the very natural and down to earth staff, beautiful outlook. Can't praise it highly enough!

The food and service was good. But there was a lot of flies. We have to keep shooing off the flies because it was a nuisance. We would have stayed for coffee and dessert if not for the disgusting flies.

Have dined here before and food and service was awesome . Had lunch here today for our anniversary and well ... disappointed . Entree good , lamb rack under cooked and tough , steak was tough , fish was sloppy at best . To make matters worse noise level was terrible due to ranked of twenty younger set enjoying themselves . All well behaved but loud and acoustic in room was poor . Really cannot frequenting the restaurant again . Manageress was polite and helpful bit really did not compensate for a rather dreadful lunch.

The food was delicious however we waited nearly two hours for food (1 hour and 50 minutes). with no apology and we had to ask twice where the food was before it eventually came and then one of the six meals was wrong. But as it had taken so long to come and we were all hungry we did not want to complain and have to wait even longer! Likewise it was hot and we had to ask for our cold water to be refilled

The food was ok but we waited for three hours to get it. We were compensated with a free bottle of wine but still very hungry. Not much ambiance either. So felt it was overpriced.

We ordered the seafood platter, they didn’t have oysters so instead gave us octopus, a little disappointing but understandable. The scallops were over cooked, some of our mussels weren’t open so the staff brought us new ones, which was appreciated. Everything was just okay, nothing special. The place is nice but maybe different music/ no music and rearrange the tables and chairs as we had a side facing table so we couldn’t enjoy the view.

Beautiful spot in the swan valley. The view was only matched by the service. A wonderful spot for big and small groups with some nice shady tables on the outdoor deck. We had a wonderful lunch. Highly recommend the gnocchi.

It started off okay and seemed promising. Unfortunately the kitchen lost our order and after seeing other people being served their lunch before us, we questioned where ours was. The lady apologised and offered us a free round of drinks. But by the time the food arrived, we had consumed two drinks, was hot and irritated because of the flies buzzing around in the restaurant as the doors were open. I'm sure had it been a different day it might have been great, unfortunately on this occasion, it didn't impress.
